Debt collectors for old payday loans

These people have called me repeatedly and are now calling my work. I told them if they will send me the paperwork, I would be more than happy to pay whatever debt I owe. They refuse to send me the papererwork and insist I give them my credit card information over the phone. Now, they are calling my place of business, my mother to say they are serving me papers. The woman I spoke with was very nice until I asked her to send me the paperwork with the details outlining what and who I owe, which would be a normal procedure. She hung up on me stating "I don't have time for this!" This is a comoplete scam and don't give them a dime.

This same guy keeps calling me and saying the same thing, This is a scam. I told them to fax me legal douments and they just argued and hung up the phone.

These people have been calling me 3 or 4 times a day for weeks. 730am-10pm I finally answered tonight and they know my address, & my credit card number, but as soon as I asked where they got my address they hung up. I have already filed with the FCC and I have put myself on the Do Not Call List - next step will be a lawyer.
